Layout for every theme I use distorts with each device.

    I am having issues with all the themes I choose to use distorting on different devices. I’m still very new to WP. Is there something I can do to ensure that the screen only shrinks in size without completely distorting the layout from screen to screen and despite zoom ratios. It almost feels pointless to spend time putting something together if people do not see it the way i want it to be seen. I have chosen to stick to the Vellux theme for now and learn it well before moving on.

    I also need help with changing the color of certain words only and aligning the text in the title. I want it to read:

    Animal
    Trace-Minerals

    How do I move ‘Trace’ to the next line? I want the text centered but to the left of the home page. Right now it reads:

    Animal Trace-
    Minerals

    Relocating and sizing the logo is also needed. Any code suggestions or pointers is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
