Layout messes up when moving wordpress from a sub directory to root

So I was setting up a new website, and installed wordpress into a sub directory so I could work with it and leave the old website running while I did it.
Got to the point where I could replace the old with the new, used the godaddy hosting panel to just move wordpress. Goes from a nice layout to this mess:
Googled around a lot to try and find a solution, nothing I attempted worked, any help?
