Layout of "Newsletter Sign up" widget
-
My newsletter widget (“sign up for widget”) is not completely to my liking since it has the same background as my theme (black, with white letters). Is it possible to change that (e.g. Light gray background with black letters), and if so, how can I do that? Thx for your kind help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can do that by adding the following CSS to your styles:
#third-footer { background:#c0c0c0; color:#000000; } -
Dear “Senff”,
thank you for your kind help.
In fact, I was refering to the “newsletter sign up” widget in my primary widget area (not the one in my third footer widget). You can see it here, on the right side of the webpage : http://theluxurytravelexpert.com/2015/05/25/top-10-hotels-with-private-helipads-and-airports/ .
Do you have any suggestion what CSS code to use to change this one? -

Thx so much. Could I perhaps ask one last question. It concers the ‘follow’ button within the “Newsletter Sign Up Widget”. I was wondering whether I could change the background color of the Follow botton to red and the and the color of the letters (follow) to white ? If yes, how do I do this? This way, it would be similar to my ‘search’ button.

Hi there, give the following a try. It specifically targets the Follow button in your Newsletter widget.
.widget_blog_subscription input[type="submit"] { background: red; border: red; color: white; padding: 7px !important; } -
