Layout on retro fitted

  I’ve just changed my theme to retro fitted and I can’t get the side bar up to the top. I’ve followed your instructions on “layout issues” without any change. http://blog.katinimages.com/. BTW is there anyway you can have a subscribe ‘widget’ on the top menu?
