Le doy a personalizar pero no carga PORQUE???? AYUDA PLEASE

  Hola porfavor necesito ayuda con lo siguiente:

  Esta mañana iba todo bien pero ahora nose porque mi problema es este:

  Le doy click a personalizar, despues le doy a menu, despues le doy a primary y alli se me queda parado nunca termina de cargar porque me pasa esto?? alguien puede ayudarme??
