Leading readers to my new domain

    I’ve bought a domain and now, I’m only Publishing Posts on my new site (selfmadejournalist.me). However, when I leave comments and people click on my name, people are always led to my old blog, selfmadejournalist.wordpress.com (even though I inserted my new URL in the comment box). How can I change that? Should I delete my old blog?

    I’d appreciate your help.
