  i am working in hospitality business and i have 4 websites to manage. i would like to redesign the website by myself using wordpress and please advice with better tutorials or suggest a course.

  If you are talking about your empty WordPress.com site then have a look at the video tutorials but be aware that the information may or may not also be applicable to WordPress.org sites.
