  I have uploaded a new cover photo and it shows on the left but will not show up on the site. The actions seem simple enough and on the left bar it is there but the site still shows the standard photo. It is very odd. I am able to change most other things. I thought it was the size of the file so I tried other photos – same issue…..

  You mean the Custom Header Image or Custom Background Image?

  Also have a look at your theme’s page.

  Still would like to take a class with an actual human who can help me. There is a lot of wasted time otherwise. Any suggestions?
