LearnDash causing publishing and updating errors

    Hi,
    I am trying to use an LMS plugin called LearnDash on my wordpress site. Since downloading it, it keeps having issues such as not updating (saying error 503), not publishing (saying JSON failed) and taking a really long time to load elementor. I have updated my PHP from 7.3 to 7.4 to see if that would make a difference but it hasn’t.
    Could you please help me understand why I am unable to use wordpress? Is this a wordpress or host issue?

    eslreads.com is a site hosted with Liquid Web and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
