  Hi I am trying to learn wordpress and I had created a wordpress website (www.kamalanil.wordpress.com) as I learned. I have requested to delet that website as I did something wrong and wanted to start all over again. How do I do that?

  Don’t delete the site thinking you’ll be able to start again with the same address. You won’t. That address will become unavailable to be used again. Better to just empty your site if you wish to start again.

  If I have already deleted it, can I just start a new website and if so how? I don’t mind starting over.
