  Am curious about the lms plug-in ‘LearnPress’.
  Can I use LearnPress on a Free Plan or do I have to upgrade to use it?

  if it’s a Plugin you can’t use it on WordPress.COM no matter what upgrade you have –

  to use plugin’s you would need to hire your own host and install the WordPress.ORG software
