  You can’t delete that. It’s instructions to the people commenting about what kind of HTML they are allowed to use.

  Not all themes have it, so you could just pick one that doesn’t. If you are really familiar with CSS, you could buy the upgrade and edit it, but if you know CSS you probably already know that.
