  I clicked on Post page in my blog and then tried to “Leave a comment” (i just want to practice that). I entered my other yahoo email and it did not take it!! does that mean only people who has WP account (blog) can “Leave a comment”?

  Check your settings under Settings->Discussion and see. You might have it set up that way.
