"Leave a Comment" is in keyword section of my posts

  When I post an article, my “leave a comment” is in my keyword paragraph and can’t be seen without really looking. Therefore, no one comments generally because it doesn’t “stand out.” How can I change this? I’ve searched for how to make it a separate paragraph and cannot find it. Please help me! Thanks, in advance, for any assistance!
