Leave a Comment link and dash & bottom links

Hi. I have two things I need help with. My site is http://www.peplending.com
On this page (http://www.peplending.com/manufactured-homes/manufactured-homes/), for instance, I want to remove the “—— Leave a Comment” at the top of the page. I also want to remove the links “how the program works” and “Martial Arts Studio Owners” at the bottom.
Can someone tell me which files I need to edit. I can’t figure this out and feel like I have edited a lot of files already without any luck.
