  Can alyone tell me how I remove the ‘Leave a Reply’ box from my blog pages?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can follow our guide to Enable and Disable Comments for Published Posts and Pages to disable that “Leave a Reply” (comment) box on pages you already published. If you get stuck or have additional questions about that, please let me know!

  Alas, that doesn’t work? I dont have an advanced settings tab on this template?!

  Hi Ian,

  You can get to the editor mentioned on that support page by starting from your site’s list of Pages. From there, you can click on the page title to open it in the editor. (You can also go directly to the page on your site, and click the “Edit” link at the bottom of the page to open it in the editor.)

  Hi again,

  The image on the front page I am using seems to jump when the page loads in Chrome and Firefox? Why? Can I fix it?

  In addition, when you view on mobile – there seems to be a front page that doesn’t match the website? This only corrects once you “View Full site” button? Very odd?

  Help!

  Hi Ian,

  I checked your site in both Chrome and Firefox and I didn’t see anything happen with the image on the front page. Can you describe the jumping you’re seeing? (Does the image move up and down in relation to the text there?)

  In addition, when you view on mobile – there seems to be a front page that doesn’t match the website? This only corrects once you “View Full site” button? Very odd?

  It sounds like you were seeing the Mobile Theme on your mobile device. You can turn that on and off (so your theme shows on mobile devices) under Appearance > Mobile in your site’s dashboard.

  However, I checked your site’s settings and that mobile theme is already disabled. Did you recently change that setting?

  Ah yes I found this a few minutes ago but thank you for confirming.

  As for the image, hmmmm, yes it seems to reconfigure on PC when it loads but if you’re saying its OK you’re end, I’ll just keep an eye on it…

  Hi Ian,

  I checked both on a Mac and in Windows and didn’t see any jumping, but if it continues on your end (or if you’re seeing it on multiple computers) please let me know and I’ll keep trying to track down the cause for you!
