“Leave A Reply” box does work in certain versions of IE

At the bottom of each article I allow people to make comments. The “Leave A Reply” box displays properly in firefox, safari, but only in some versions of IE. Help!! I also get occasion page not found message right after the article in IE. My website is kaleo.info.
