Leave a Reply Box Not Appearing
-
Hi:
My blog is at http://sexistremarks.wordpress.com/
My static posts page is here: http://sexistremarks.wordpress.com/strategies-suggested-by-site-users/
My question is: The “Leave a Reply” box appears at the bottom of all of my pages, which is fine. Obviously, I need it to also appear at the bottom of the static posts page above. Under “Settings,” “Discussion,” I have the box next to “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” unchecked.
Given all of that, any idea why the “Leave a Reply” box is not appearing at http://sexistremarks.wordpress.com/strategies-suggested-by-site-users/ ?
I looked at the following post, but didn’t seem to help with this problem: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cant-even-get-a-comment-form-to-appear?replies=4#post-181112
Thank you!
Thanks!

Because that’s a post, not a page. You get to “Leave a reply” by clicking on “No Comments” (which means no comments yet, and will change to number of comments when you get some.

Thank you panaghiotisadam. Since I want this site to be able to allow users to easily post, this does not seem like a good option: it wouldn’t be obvious to me if I were new that I am to click on “No comments” if I want to post. Are there any other options that would allow me to have a more prominent “Post” button that allows users to easily post?

That tab is designed to show the number of comments you have, but you’re right that it’s not at all obvious to someone not already familiar with blog navigation. You can either post a relevant note in your sidebar (Design > Widgets > add Text widget > Edit etc.) or search for another theme (some have a different tab).
