"Leave a Reply" Box Won't Display on Post Page.

  I have a Blog page, Welcome page, and Author page. The “Leave a Reply” box shows at the bottom of the Welcome and Author pages but not on the Blog page (unless you click the small ‘leave a comment’ link).
  I have rechecked settings and all the pages have the same comments settings.
  Is there anyway I can get my first page to automatically show the “Leave a Reply” box?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Because a blog page is designed to show a series of posts, it will not show a comment box. If you click on a post to display it by itself, then you will be able to see a comment box.
