"Leave a reply" comment box looks different in mobile

I’ve changed “Leave a reply” to “Share a little sunshine”.
Desktop FIrefox and Chrome browser displays correctly.
But this change of text is not shown on mobile.In mobile there is some additional notes:
“You may use these HTML tags and attributes ….”Tested on mobile on Firefox and Chrome browser.

Hi there,
The renderings between mobile and desktop browsers are not entirely identical at this point. While most of your site loads the same, there are some things which are not quite exactly identical in browsers which aren’t as powerful, such as mobile browsers.
There are some small things which you can do to change how the mobile version of your theme works, however this will require you to modify your site’s CSS, which will means that you would need the Custom Design upgrade. If you decide to explore that option, you’ll want to check out the CSS Customization forum, which you can find here:

Five to 15 tags (or categories, or a combination of the two) is a good number to add to each of your posts. The more categories you use, the less likely it is that your post will be selected for inclusion in the topic listings
