  Leave a Reply isn’t appearing under individual posts. Only this: “4 Comments” or “5 Comments”
  is listed. If a viewer clicks on that, the comments will be listed and under these, “Leave a Reply” will follow.

  Once a comment is made on a post, the display will change from “leave a comment to “X Comments” (where X is the number of comments on that post). This is typical blog behavior.
