Leave a reply Is showing green code under the input boxes

  I have recently purchased a guided transfer to take my WordPress.com site to WordPress.org, hosted by GoDaddy.

  The Leave a Reply facility on each page now shows some text in green underneath the boxes that appears to be code:

  You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>

  <cite> <del datetime=""> <i> <q cite=""> <strike>

  Is there any way to remove this or to disable the Leave a Reply facility as I can always manually add a comments box to whichever page I want to have feedback from.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
