"Leave a Reply" link

Please tell me how to move the “Leave a Reply” link from the top to the bottom of my posts on Twenty Twelve theme (not upgraded).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. I’m afraid that’s a feature of the theme you’re using. Unless there’s a setting under Appearance ->Theme Options in the dashboard to change it, the only way to move or get rid of it is via CSS, which requires that you buy the Custom Design upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
If it really bugs you and you don’t want to spend money on an upgrade the only other option is to find a different theme that doesn’t display that link. If you go to Appearance ->Themes in your dashboard you can live-preview themes on your blog without activating them to see if you like them or not.

Thank you very much! I like this theme, so I guess I’ll have to live with it until I chose to upgrade or change.

You’re welcome. Yes, each theme has its little quirks. I’ve also considered changing to a newer theme with features mine doesn’t have, but I still like the one I’m using too much.
Happy blogging :)

Are you sure you cannot close comments?
All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. You can enable and disable comments on free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > DiscussionDiscussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/You can override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page.

You can reveal it by clicking on Screen Options http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ on the top right corner of your Admin page, and checking the box that says Discussion so the module is included. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules

@timethief
The Twenty-Twelve theme has a page-jump link to the comments section directly below the post title and before the content in every post. That’s what the OP is trying to move/get rid of. -

I solved the problem by changing the theme and this one I like more. Still learning about creating pages and everything, and I am very grateful for excellent support pages with a detailed instructions. I would like to try once to create a different home page, so that posts in different category shows only on associated pages, but for now, being a novice in this, it works for me just fine as it is. Also considering the upgrade. Thank you very much, indeed, for your helpful comment and support. Much appreciated :)
