  Hello, my Leave a Reply button is on top of my blog posts and I want it on the bottom instead. How would I go about changing that?

  That seems to be part of the twenty twelve’s theme design. thesacredpath explains how to move it in the link below but I’m not sure if you’d need to upgrade to the Premium version of WordPress.com to carry it out:-
