"Leave comment" link for top entry appear at the top of EACH entry on page

Hi all!
So I’ve been having this issue for a little while and I don’t even know where to start with figuring it out. If you take a look at my blog, everything is perfect for the top entry. There is a “leave comment” link at the top of the first entry, and one at the bottom of the entry. However, every entry after that is a bit messed up. The “leave comment” link at the top of those entries will take you to the comment page for the first entry. The entries’ bottom “leave comment” links work just fine, and aren’t an issue.
Is there a problem with my ordering in the loop? Or could it be a plugin that’s messing with things? I’m actually in the process of figuring out which plugin is making my RSS feed not update, and so far, that hasn’t been an issue.
