Leave Comment Reply on Recent Tags Search

I want to add the Leave a Reply box to the blog posts when a user clicks on one of the Recent Tags. If you go to http://lynnmotley.com/?tag=a-good-life that is a page that comes up as a result of clicking on one of the Recent Tags in the sidebar. How can I add the Leave a Reply to those posts?

In order for your readers to make a comment or leave a reply, they must be looking at a single post, not a category or tag page.
Category and tag pages (and also archives pages) are similar to your home page. They have a (dynamic) list of posts. People can not comment on the list as a whole; they can only comment on a single post.
I suppose you could put a note on each post to tell readers that if they have a reply, they must click the title of the post.
