  ‘Leaving? Changes You made may not be saved.’ Keeps coming up, whether I immediately click update for my post, or leaving a post after updating.

  This sounds like it might have something to do with the browser settings or cache. Did you have the chance to try this on a different browser to see what happens? If not, could you try it? You can also clear your browser cache to see if that helps.
