  Do you already have a live site? What is the domain? Where does your website live right now? Do the domain and the website live at GoDaddy?

  There is a lot to consider when choosing a hosting provider/platform. I love this support document. It gives a great breakdown of the benefits of each available option. I love WordPress.com as it is extremely user-friendly and it allows users to focus on making beautiful content.

  If you already have a site here at WordPress.com or are working on building one but your domain lives elsewhere, we suggest transferring to WordPress for ease of use. There are other options like mapping your domain but transferring to WordPress.com is the preferred method.
