Lebanon not in the list of countries for Credit Card Payment

    i want to upgrade my wordpress account to have a unique url and customise my blog, but the credit card system does not allow Lebanon. There is no lebanon in the list of countries.
    Can you please clarify this, and how i can pay you if i am based in Beirut, Lebanon?
