Left and Right Alignment in Footer.php

  I want “Proudly Powered by WordPress” right-aligned in Footer.php
  I want “Copyright &copy 2014 MyWebSiteName.com All Rights Reserved left-aligned.
  I do not want anything in the center.

  I am a new user so any assistance will be appreciated.
