left and right arrow-links at top of each post, for previous and next

  I’d like to have just ONE post display at a time, with left and right arrow links at the top of the post to go to the previous and next posts. For an example, have a look at
  http://erickoch.ca/2014/07/10/the-world-cup-and-the-cosmos/
  How do I set up my blog like that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  On the Settings->Reading page, select it to show just one post at a time.

  That’s what I had thought, and it’s what I have done. I’d like to attach a screen shot, but don’t see a way to attach to these posts. So, verbal description: At Settings->Reading, the top two items are “Front page displays” (which I have set to “Your latest posts”) and “Blog pages show at most . . . posts” which I have set to “1”. Also (perhaps relevant) a little further down the screen I have tried both enabling and disabling “scroll infinitely”– it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Is there someplace else I should be looking??? Thanks for help!
