Left Hand Vertical Menu Options Missing; HELP

Hi there. I hired Mojo Marketplace to install a theme for me, and days into the install i received a messaged from them stating that, ‘When logging into the wordpress dashboard, we do not see the all the options on the left vertical menu bar in the wordpress dashboard. This started happening after we attempted the demo installation. Please contact your hosting provider to resolve the wordpress dashboard to where we can see all the options on the left vertical menu bar again. Once that is completed, please message us back so we can attempt the installation again.’
How do we resolve this? Thank you kindly in advance!

The site I need help with is rosemarywoodlands.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
