  Hi I am new to the WordPress. Can anyone let me know the theme having left side navigations.

  Depends on what kind of theme you want.
  Benevolence has a left sidebar
  Andreas09 has a left and a right sidebar
  Digg 3 Column has a left & a right sidebar

  There are plenty more themes.
  Just look. =)
