  Refund required immediately, otherwise we will begin legal proceedings without notice.

  Did that already .. its WP and I haven’t had a WP account for over 3 years.

  If you were charged for renewal, you may have had autorenew enabled

  If the renewal charge was recently made, you can initiate a refund by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/
