    Hi there,

    A company: https://kaxpy.com/contact-us/ who uses your platform has been advertising and using footage from one of my other companies, Locker Lifestyle, illegally. They stole our video content and are making money with our expensive footage that we OWN and using it on their own site. We have reached out to them with no reply.

    How do we go about protecting our brand and keeping them from advertising illegally to a product in their store?

    The site may well use the wordpress software but that is free for anyone to use. You’ll need to approach Google Domains or use a search engine to find how to issue a DMCA notice.
