  where do i find guidance about legal Statements, provisions, .. i Need to make if i want to stay compliant with legal stuff when Publishing my Content?

  ok – my assumption was that wordpress has here some guidance or sources available which did not find in my first search?

  the second hint is sort of obvious, but i wanted to check if there is something else to begin with?

  You could read the terms of service agreement you agreed to –

  WordPress.COM takes the position I think that your content is yours or statements to that effect – I don’t remember WordPress.COM requiring any statements – but depending on what you write about you might need something – but that is up to you
