    Hi there,

    If you’re registered in a state or country where we’re registered for tax purposes, you’ll be required to pay the applicable taxes when upgrading, yes. The tax amount will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete the payment.

    We no longer offer those two plans. We made a change to our plans last week, and now only offer the free plan and the WordPress.com Pro plan:
