  Madam, sir,

  In order to comply with the law, I will add a page of legal notices on my site, currently in wordpress.com and soon in wordpress.com premium.

  As this is a WordPress hosting, I would like to know the specific information to appear. I think in particular :

  – the identification and address of the host: where to find this information?
  – information on personal data (as far as visit stats are collected with the help of cookies). I imagine that a message should indicate this) : what does wordpress.com do about this and how should it be formulated ?

  Are there any other legal disclaimers related to the fact that the site is hosted by WordPress and the use of the CMS provided and managed by WordPress?
