  Is it legal to copy all my FTP-wordpress content and paste it in another website with other hostingdetails?
  I only used free downloadable plugins and themes.

  If you own the copyright to the content, then yes.

  Themes are not content. You will have to look up the conditions under which you got the theme in the first place to see if it allows you to use it on two different sites.

  Did you create it yourself, including images? If so, you own the copyright. Did you get paid by someone else for creating it? If so, you may or may not own the copyright depending on your contract.

  I build the website up from nothing by myself, but with help from other peoples plugins that where free downloadable.
  So, I want to buy myself some time to copy all of this, instead of start from scratch again.
  I think I have to ask the owners of the plugins if I am allowed ? …
  Anyway, many thanks for helping

  No, you need to look up the word “Content”. Content does not include plugins, themes, or underlying software. It just means the words and pictures inside the blog posts.
