Legit comments are being spammed

  Hi WP Gurus-

  I am finally getting my home page, and tags organized, and getting comments on my blogs.Unfortunately, my first and most recent 5 comments came up as spammed.
  I do have 21 spams logged from Askimet? Can I view these?
  How do I set my site so “I” decide what are spams and legit comments…
  I may be losing publicity and “HITS” on my blogs because of these situations.
  How do I get a email notice sent to me when one replies to my posts?

  Also, on my home page there are no comments after each post???
  I only see them if I click on the list recent posts on the right.
  Also, can I show all 12 posts on that recent posts window?

  Not to rain on your parade but all of the comments I looked at looked like spam to me – links to spam sell you stuff – broken sites etc. – general stuff – “great blog” etc.
