Length of a refund

    I purchased a domain name nearly two weeks ago, but decided against it by the next day, so I sought a refund which was granted but it still has not shown on my bank statement.

    Hi, I actually see two refunds — one for the plan and the other for the domain.

    One was processed as a reversal. You cancelled soon enough that that portion of the charge was simply removed from your statement as though it didn’t happen.

    The other part, for the domain, was processed as a regular refund. I can see it has gone through. Please contact your bank if you’re missing it still. If they need a confirmation number for the refund, we can provide that to you privately. Just let us know if you need it.
