Lengthy post introduction

  In my blog index page, you can see that below the title of the posts, there are few first lines of the post.

  The problem I am facing is that for some posts, the number of those lines are few(like “Being Ideal” post) and for others, there are many lines(like “Days of Despair” post). I want all the posts to have a fixed number of introductory lines for more systematics view. Is that possible?

  Hi there!

  You can use excerpts on your posts to achieve that!
  Excerpts can be used to shorten your blog posts so that only part of the entry is displayed.

  Creating excerpts
  The Excerpt module can be found to the right of the post editor, under More Options with some other publishing options. To add your text in this field, click More Options then enter text into the Excerpt box. When ready, publish your post.
