less content on blog page

  When I go to the “Blog” section, I want users to see excerpts of the different blog posts. Not the entire blog posts; it seems very crowded.

  I think your theme is working correctly. People scroll down to read your blog posts. If you think they are likely to click on each post in turn (and not get bored with the extra work and navigate away to another site) I guess you could use the “read more” button in the visual editor inserted after a few words/lines of each post.
