let visitors submit posts

  I want the visitors of my blog to submit an story, so I can add it to the blog.
  By just approving it, or after a little editing.

  In the .org version there are plugin for, but how to get it to work on .com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t, unless you use the Contact form and ask them to put it in there. If you want more interactivity than that, you want a wiki.
