Letters on one line collide with letters on the next line.

I am building my website for the first time. Here is the page I’m on: https://isthereagodshowme.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=41&action=edit&message=1

In the visual mode, the letters on one line sometimes collide with the letters on the next line. In text mode, when I adjust the width, height, or size% in html it does not solve this collision problem. How do I stop letters on one line from colliding with letters on the next line? Thanks

    Hi there,

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by “collide”? Currently, the lines appear to be displaying correctly on my side. If you could upload a screenshot of the issue to your Media Library, that would help also!

    Hello Jeremy,
I uploaded the screenshot. However, perhaps I only see the problem in the dashboard. After you said it looked good to you, I looked at the website directly, not through the dashboard and you are correct. The letters don’t collide. That’s good news! In the screenshot, the hanging letters ‘p’ on line 3 collide with the top of the letters ‘d’ on line 4. But if it’s only a problem in the dashboard and not on the website itself, then that’s no big deal. You can mark this solved. Thank you.

Thanks for the screenshots! The editor doesn’t always display exactly what you’ll see on the front of your site. The best way to determine what your text will look like when you publish is by using the Preview feature.
