letting email users to sign up

I can’t get the widget to work allowing email users to sign up via email. I’ve saved it a few times, or so I thought, but it does not show up on my site, as far as I can tell. (www.theyouthforum.net) I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me figure this out.

Thanks for responding! It’s working now for some but not others. (not sure if it matters but I tried adding the widget a few times, then moved it around before I sort of figured it out). But right now it seems to be at both the top and bottom of the sidebar; not sure how to just have the one at the top. More important, I’ve had a couple of people sign up (including myself), but I know of at least a few others who tried signing up by email — I was with one of them who tried twice. They received an email saying they had signed up, but I did not receive an email notification for them and they did not get email notice of my post last night. Can you help with this? Would really love to figure this one out. Thanks, Ken

Ok, I figured out how to get rid of the second one I had — but still can’t tell why some who have tried to sign up could not do so. I’ll have them try again, but would welcome any thoughts on why this may be happening. Thanks, Ken

Are they logged in WordPress.com users by any chance? The widget looks a little different to logged in users and does not have the email field.
