  Doing a letting agency website, when a property is ‘let agreed’ they want a tab/banner over the main photograph stating its Let. Is there a plugin?

  There are no plugins available for wordpress.com hosted sites. If you need plugin and theme customization options that wordpress.com doesn’t supply, you may want to look at creating a self-hosted wordpress.org site. Here’s a little information about the difference: .com and .org
