Leven theme colours not updating

Hello,
I have been trying to edit the Leven theme colours on my website. On the editing and preview pages, it looks fine, but when I publish my website, the changes are not there. Could someone kindly advise?

That sounds like a cache issue. I’ve cleared it for you, and it seems that the colors were changed.

Thank you! The issue has flipped now, where I see the new colours in the published and preview versions, but when I try to edit it reverts to the original theme’s colour palette. I cleared my browser’s cache in case that would help but it didn’t. Could you kindly advise?

Just to check, you’re changing the background colours – is there a particular colour, or setting you’re clicking where this happens?

Yes I changed the background colours and some heading colours yesterday. I haven’t changed any of the colours since yesterday.
When I click the “Customize” button, everything looks fine. But when I proceed to click “Edit”, the page reverts to the original colour palette, but all of the content is still there. And then when I save it, it’s published in the correct colours.

Are clicking edit on a page – or going to Site > Posts > clicking on a post/page and then clicking edit?
If yes, I think you would be seeing the editor, which would have a white background.
