  I do not see any upgrades under your @shihohappo WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I do show that lexingtonkarate.com is registered in our system, but it is under a different account, and not the @shihohappo account you are using to contact us today.

  Do you have access to your other account, or is it the case that another admin on the site may have made this purchase?
