Libelous content

I was wondering how I can get libellous content removed from a website powered by WordPress, given that the Webmaster of that ‘Site refuses to acknowledge my emails?
The item appears on a website called ‘The Tape: http://tapnewswire.com/2012/12/peter-wyngarde-petunia-winegum/ I have written an article that has been published on my own Blog – Hellfire Hall, which is part of the Official Peter Wyngarde Appreciation Society.
My article, which can be found at https://wordpress.com/post/peterwyngarde.wordpress.com/2798 , clearly shows how the aforementioned piece displayed on ‘The Tap’ has been cobbled together, and homophobic sections added by the author (who has the Username ‘Tapestry’). It’s an entirely fabricated piece, but which is subsequently ruining an innocent man’s reputation. PLEASE can someone help.

To file a complaint against that site, you will need to contact their web hosting provider, which appears to be SoftLayer, Inc.
Just for your understanding that site is running a standalone install of the WordPress (org) software, but there is no connection between them and that site.
